JOHN KOUW, of Crusin' Customs in  Holland, Michigan, has put some of the coolest, hand-crafted Rods, Customs, Bikes, and, Restorations on the street that you'll ever see !  John, his sons & crew, are dedicated to building High Quality Show Cars (like Kevin Anderson's "Gold Top Riviera") as well as Daily Drivers. 

"Drivers" are probably my favorite forms of Street Rods, so when I asked John about what his basic concept was for putting together a really streetable machine for a customer, it turned out to be a very timely question because he had just finished a dynamite '57 Chevy Pickup for a customer the week before our Interview !   AND, this Chevy not only has all the "bells & whistles", but can be driven anywhere, anytime.  My kind of Cruiser !!

While we were at it, I questioned John about what he saw in his Professional Crystal Ball as to the future of our Industry.  He didn't disappoint me.  We're on the right track...and the future looks like it's in the hands of a whole new generation of  Rod & Custom lovers the World over !
