One of the best of the New Breed of Rod & Custom Builders is BRAD MASTERSON.   Brad's worked for Barris, AND, Bill Hines.  Let's just say he's learned from two of THE best, and you've seen his work in Rod & Custom, Custom Rodder, Street Rodder, CKD & OSR, and many other mags.

But, even Brad has a problem once in awhile...like what to do with a FREE '64 Riviera !   Well, as luck would have it, Brad got our old friend Alan Mayes (Managing Editor of CKD/OSR) on the horn, told him about the Rivi, and pitched the idea for a Car Kulture DeLuxe Project Car.   Alan loved the idea; problem solved.

Alan had told me about the car, so when I interviewed Brad we got into his version of the story, and we'll share it with you here.  It's short, and to the point, and you can SEE pix of the build-up in CKD starting with Issue #32 (Page  80) when Brad chops the top.
